The following is a list of prices, rooms and equipment available for rental.
Large Room (80x40) = $650.00
Large Room (80x40) + Small Room (35x40) = $900.00
Small Room is not available for rent unless included with Large Room.
Kitchen is not for rent, but can be used for counter space only.
Folding tables and chairs are provided with room rental.
A $250.00 security deposit is due upon booking the event. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the day of the event.
The Hebron VFD must recieve notice of any cancelation seven (7) days prior to the event date or the $250.00 security deposit will be forfeited.
Renters can set up for their event the day/night prior to the event as long as the room/s have not been rented for that day.
Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down equipment and are required to remove trash from premises by noon the next day. Floors must also be left in good shape (sweep floors and clean up any spills)
